As a key member of our team, our associate will be responsible for:
Developing strong relationships with current and future clients at our dealership
Effectively communicate our unique Courtesy Mazda Brand Story and Market Based Price Strategy.
Assist clients in understanding and selecting the appropriate vehicle.
Handle all client queries and concerns with a genuine intent to solve their problem
Present client with payment options and be proficient with financing terms and leasing options.
Follow up with current and potential clients with a variety of communication methods.
Stay up to date on the Mazda training program
Stay current on Digital Sales Processes
Be able to explain technical features, options, and their benefits.
Keep detailed records of all interactions with clients.
Skill requirements include:
Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
Excellent verbal communication and a pleasant demeanor.
Excellent client service skills including listening and the ability to document client needs.
Ability to manage client complaints and to solve difficult problems.
Results oriented and accountable
Holds a valid driver's license
Basic computer skills
Able to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
Education and Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
College certificate or additional courses would be an asset.
Previous Automotive experience would be an asset.
Pay will start at $30,000 guaranteed minimum and will go up based on performance.
