We are currently seeking a Service Manager at 1600 Glenarm, a luxury mixed-use high rise in the heart of downtown Denver.
The Service Manager oversees the efficient operation of all building systems and advises the building manager of any condition affecting building services and tenant comfort or safety. Specific areas of responsibility include tenant services, technical proficiency, preventive maintenance, general maintenance, inventory control, and staff development. Responsibilities include but are to limited to: supervision, training, and evaluation of maintenance staff, management of tenant service requests, maintenance and operation of building and environmental systems, purchasing and inventory control, contract and vendor oversight.
Required Qualifications
5 years experience maintaining physical components of commercial office building(s)
Bachelors or Associates degree from college or technical school is required
Has a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building codes, including CFC recycling
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings
Ability to solve problems creatively
As a knowledge of risk management
Ability to use small hand tools and gauges is required
Electricity and controls classroom theory/lab practice is required Fundamentals of drafting/systems layout and design
Licenses:
HVAC or electrical
CFC Refrigerant Certification
Parking is provided.
