Recruiter -- Employment Specialist

Bear Staffing is seeking a qualified Recruiter - Employment Specialist for our Denver Location. Our well-established staffing agency is growing and we need an energetic Recruiter with great

communication skills and is results focused to become a valued part of our growing team.
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm -- Monday through Friday
Recruiter -- Employment Specialist Responsibilities:
• The Recruiter will source, screen, interview, check references of potential temp to perm employees
• Identify client needs through direct client contact to include, phone calls, job descriptions and some on-site visits
• Match candidates skills and coordinate interviews with qualified applicants
• Prepare interview questions pertaining to each client
• Create, develop and post job openings on job websites
• Facilitate drug testing and background checking of applicants as well as placement of candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles
• Assist with the clerical needs of the office: answer phones; enter data into database; type, fax and file documents
• Reach weekly interviewing, placement, administrative and quality standard goals
• Maintain, organize and update candidate database
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards and regulations
• Address customer and staff inquiries with a sense of urgency
• Quickly and calmly resolve issues as they arise
Recruiter - Employment Specialist Qualifications:
• 1-2 years Recruitment - Administrative experience is a plus
• Experience with VMS and MSP is a plus
• Hands on experience with various selection processes, including phone interviewing, SKYPE, Face Time, social media, job boards, recruitment and websites is preferred
• Account Management skills are a plus
• Outstanding follow-up, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
• Drive to meet weekly quotas of candidate interviews, applicant placements, and client contacts
• Excellent oral, written presentations, and communication skills are a must
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs is required
• Great work ethics are a must
• The ability to multi-task and take on new responsibility

Pay $35k-$40k DOE, plus commission/bonus.
