The Systems Administrator position will be primarily responsible for development, support, upgrades and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL databases, SQL integrations. The Systems Administrator will also play an important role in working with vendors and a variety of users to optimize systems in order to increase user productivity and company efficiency. We are looking for an individual to work collaboratively with users in a team environment and have the ability to lead projects to completion. In addition, the position will include backing up the Network Administrator role.
•Installation, maintenance and development of Dynamics GP (Great Plains), CRM, and SharePoint applications and application virtual servers.
•Provide end user support and training for MS Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and MS SharePoint and ERP applications.
•Develop and maintain an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes surrounding applications.
•Development and administration of SQL server, databases, Reporting Services, and system integrations.
•Design and maintain system integrations and reports using tools; SSIS, TSQL, SSRS, and Scribe software.
•Build, test and apply application enhancements and upgrades within VMware test and production environments.
•Maintain system documentation, logs, and work instructions.
•Work with vendors on product enhancements and system upgrades to assure system optimization and project completion.
•Assist with backing up Network Administrator functions.
Experience and Education Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree required in IT related field
•Experience in Microsoft CRM online
•Experience with ERP/MRP systems and processes, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains, current version 2015).
•Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, preferable WSS3.0 or Foundation 2011.
•Experience with SQL2005 - 2012, SSIS, SSRS, TSQL.
•Experience with Scribe or other integration software preferred.
•Experience configuring and supporting Windows server 2003, 2008R2, 2012, IIS, DNS, Active Directory as it relates to successful application installation and maintenance.
•Experience with implementing EDI preferred.
•Ability to train users and host department training on systems and applications.
•Knowledge and understanding of virtual server technology, preferably VMware vCenter.
