W2 Hourly Contract - Fortune 500 Healthcare Client - Columbia, SC

We are looking for candidates interested in kicking off their IT careers in a Tech Support Specialist role. This

individual will primarily be expected to receive and respond to customers for technical support or services, enter requests utilizing appropriate tools and processes and thoroughly document communication with customers and complete requests or issues of basic complexity. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills as the bulk of the position will be customer service oriented. The candidate will identify actual or potential problems and escalate problems to appropriate higher-level professionals when necessary and complete administrative and other area related tasks such as reviewing or completing forms, disseminating document appropriate areas, reviewing and/or providing input into procedures, etc.
