Qualification Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Ability to work several sides of the issue to achieve resolution:

carrier, supplier, freight pay, internal customer, etc.

• Proficient with Excel and Word

• Detail oriented

• Customer service skills
0-2 years of professional experience.

Work Environment:
The duties of this job are performed in both an office environment and a light industrial environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and industrial equipment.
