Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service.

Interview members using open-end questions to

uncover member needs and motivations. Use information from member interview along with product knowledge to present options and/or solutions for members that meet and exceed their financial needs.

Promote all Credit Union products and services. Package and accessorize member loan/account requests with products and services that simplify members’ lives and keep their accounts/loans protected.

Open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts.

Provide in-person and by-telephone general and specific-related information concerning credit union services or policies.

Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.

Handle requests from members for transfers of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, CD transactions, line of credit advances, and any other requests received from members.

Assist members with loan applications and disburse loans.

Assist members in use of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and all other electronic services.

Maintain knowledge on laws and regulations related to lending and new account opening. In particular: Truth in Lending, RESPA, FACT Act and Truth in Savings.

Other duties as assigned.
