We have an oversized detached 1 car garage with a keypad and a man door near Denver University. Looking for someone that needs occasional access, such as 1 to 2 times per week. Garage has a keypad on the front for access which you will receive the code for upon reservation. You can put your own combination lock on the man door. This would be great for a weekend driving car or a classic car. There is very limited parking outside of the garage and the spaces near the garage are for the tenants of the house. No living or working allowed. Space will be available July 1st!
