Accounting and Administrative Assistant
We are a small family owned business with multiple lines businesses; Real Estate investments, construction, and professional consulting. We are looking for someone very organized, able to multitask on multiple projects and someone able to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. Ability to handle low volume of telephone calls, emails, web inquiries.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Associates Degree or higher preferred (High School Diploma required)
• Minimum of 2 years of office/administrative/bookkeeping/sales support experience
• QuickBooks experience is required. Will use QBO to process A/P and A/R; follow up with light collections
• Technically savvy and highly proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Proactive
• Ability to work independently
• Not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a small office environment (will be in the office alone occasionally)
• Accurate filing and record keeping
• Sales & Use Tax Compliance (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
